The problem here is to create a modern facade for the entire 6-storey block, while not damaging the existing structure, although the current 3 floors are in the architectural style of "State Agencies. "

The chosen architectural style is modern: Glass - Aluminum - Steel frame.

In order for the 2nd & 3rd floors to change appearance to suit the 4th & 5th floors, it is necessary to cover the outside. But how to make this mask both cover and still ventilated?

The solution here is the billboards.

The billboards here have a special structure, consisting of spaced aluminum bones, forming a gap that allows ventilation to vent inside.
