The plan is the projection of the rest of the house on the plan plane after having imagined cutting off the upper part (the roof) with a plane parallel to the plan plane.

Typically, to express a lot, people choose the location of the section at a height of 1.5 m above the ground, which is the height with doors and windows. In case a floor has many doors at different heights we use the cross-sectional method to describe.

What is the premises

Thus, the nature of the plane is also the section where the imaginary plane is parallel to the plane of the projection plane. To distinguish them from vertical cuts, they are referred to as plans. Depending on the number of floors and its complexity or simplicity, we define the number of premises of each project accordingly. The plan is the most important shape in the drawings. The ground tells us the size and layout of rooms, internal traffic, location, size, wall thickness. In addition, it can be described on the premises of devices, toiletries, wardrobes, beds, tables and chairs…

  • Size of each room in m2
  • On the premises there are conventional symbols of furniture and furnishings Sanitary equipment such as bed, table, sofa, cabinets, couches, sinks, latrines, bathtubs, etc. In addition, on the floor of the stairs there is an upward direction by a crooked line, this line usually has a dot inscribed on the first step downstairs and ends with an arrow indicating the last step of the upper floor. The dashed line symbols are also used to represent the ladder that is crossed by the plane. On the ground floor of the first and intermediate floors, the first ladder is cut. In the upper floor plan, no ladders were cut.
