What is porcelain brick?
Gạch Porcelain (hay Gạch bán xứ) là vật liệu ốp lát có kết cấu đặc biệt, sức chịu lực và độ bền cao, chống thấm tốt và được sử dụng nhiều trong thiết kế và nhà ở và construction công trình công cộng hiện nay.

Gạch porcelain thường rất bền và chống thấm tốt do có cấu tạo từ những nguyên liệu chính bao gồm 70% bột đá, khoảng 25% đất sét trắng tinh chế và một lượng nhỏ phụ gia. Cốt liệu được nghiền mịn, pha màu, sấy thành dạng bột và tiến hành tạo hình trên máy ép. Toàn bộ gạch lát một khối đồng chất về nguyên vật liệu nên màu sắc bề mặt với màu sắc của khung xương giống nhau, tạo nên tính thẩm mỹ cao. Cùng nhờ thành phần chính là bột đá nên gạch có kết cấu nén chặt, chắc chắn và ít lỗ hổng.
Do gạch làm ra có độ cứng rất cao và chịu lực tốt, nên gạch thường được sửu dụng trong ốp tường, lát nền. Thiết kế đa dạng, cùng nhiều màu sắc gạch Porcerlain còn được dùng để trang trí, tạo điểm nhấn cho ngôi nhà, giúp space có chiều sâu, ấn tượng hơn.
